Seth's Birthday for VES
Local non-profit organization VES - Vallarta Enfrenta el SIDA (Vallarta Confronts Aids) has been working for years to reduce the incidence of HIV infections in PV through HIV testing and eliminating the stigma that surrounds the disease. Due to the economic recession, VES is in desperate need of funding. In response, local chef, caterer, and cooking instructor Seth Cloutman has organized an event called "Seth's Birthday for VES." On September 8th from 8:30 to 10:30 P.M., you can join Seth at Cafe Candela for cocktails, wine, beer, or food, and a portion of the night's sales will be donated to VES.
