First, amateur cooks will take on restaurants for the title of “Best salsa sauce in PV”, judged by local celebrities Gary R. Beck, Heather Wilson and Nicole Martin. Next, guests will enjoy salsa dance lessons by Felipe Reyes and Marcella Castanello with music by the Bambinos. Also look for the Bomberos, who will be in attendance, ready to put out any fires.
Proceeds from the event go to the Center’s charitable works in reaching out to those in and around Puerto Vallarta. The Paradise Community Center is the site of the Saturday Farmer’s Market and the Worship in Paradise Church.
Event admission is 100 pesos (150 pesos at the door), and includes tortilla chips for tasting, 2 beers or margaritas, and entry into the many door prizes. There will also be a 50/50 draw.
Tickets will be available at participating restaurants and at the Farmer's Market on Saturdays.
