Superstar DJs Tiesto, Calvin Harris and Laidback Luke have just signed on to the already stellar lineup of Grammy Nominee Avicii, Steve Aoki, Nervo, DJ Chuckie, Dada Life, Hardwell, Porter Robinson, LA Riots and Manufactured Superstars, who will be playing on different nightclubs of the city.
Electro Beach Puerto Vallarta pretends to make of our city a powerhouse of electronic music in North America, just like Ibiza in Europe, or Goa in Asia. During the summer season, the best DJs in the world play as residents in the best clubs of Ibiza, spending a month or two in the spectacular Spanish island.
Puerto Vallarta may not have resident DJs during the spring (at least not yet), but for instance, Steve Aoki will be in town for five consecutive weeks, which sounds very similar to a residence.
Electro Beach Puerto Vallarta is the first step into a new market that has proven to be very attractive around the world. To be included in the electronic music festival circuit could be a great opportunity for PVR to add a whole new dimension to the destination.
The festival is mainly directed at American spring breakers, offering weekly passes with flights and accommodation included if required. But it is also targeting the local and national markets.
Electro Beach Puerto Vallarta will be running from February 25th, 2012 through April 6, 2012 for a 42 night Spring Break music experience like no other.
