If you enjoy chanting or want to learn, then be sure to join us!
Come for a 3-day Workshop of Kirtan (mantra chanting) in February. Practice the traditional call-and-response daily chants, experiment with rhythm, become confident to lead chants and learn new chants. It's easy and uplifting. No previous experience is necessary.
Mantra chanting is the most joyful when done in a group, so bring a friend!
This workshop will be an in-depth study of:
* Deities description (Values, Qualities, Powers)
* Tone, pronunciation, breathing (A Form of Meditation)
* How Mantras affect our Chakras (Power of Vibration)
* Meaning of the chants (Knowledge & Understanding)
* Power of Invocation (Sankalpa, Intention)
