FIRE - WATER FIRE - WATER dreamstime

The Pitta person who should be a dynamic leader has now become your worst boss! This can be caused by excessive exposure to heat, alcohol, smoking, deadlines, spicy or overstimulating foods. Again much of this hyperactivity has become ingrained in our control-oriented culture.

In these modern times it is imperative we take a little extra time and care for ourselves, otherwise we could manifest our Pitta as anger, intolerance, and criticism,  or physically as acidity, inflammation, and sensitivities. We need none of this, it is better to be warm, loving contented, courageous, bold and intellectual.

Below you will find a few helpful hints on how to keep in check your Pitta and live a happier life.  If you are unsure of your imbalances feel free to take the self-test here. http://tridosha.com/selftest
