More than 150 NGO’s have asked to the political parties of Mexico for a minimum of seats at the Mexican Congress. The indigenous population of Mexico is up to 10% of the total.

For the fourth year in a row Puerto Vallarta will have its own Mardi Gras-style Carnaval Parade. On Saturday February 18th, starting at the beginning of the new Malecon and going all the way to the Zona Romantica in Olas Altas, the Carnaval promises to be one of the biggest parties of the year.
